Migration Starter Kits can be ordered either by clicking on the appropriate link in the table below or by U.S./International mail (see address at bottom of page). Here are the items you need to know:

1. What Migration Starter Kits you want to order. Your options are OS/390, z/OS, CICS, DB2, and/or ACF/NCP. Any number of Migration Starter Kits can be ordered.
   
   
2. Click this 3^rd Party Products link to view which products are currently integrated into the Combined Starter Kit. If placing an order after filling out the general form you will need to click on the Return to 3rd Party Products button to select the products you would like included in your order. Also specify any other 3rd Party products you would like added, and BCS will include those as well.

3. If more than one Migration Starter Kit is ordered, please specify if you would like the plans merged into a Combined Starter Kit, or if you want to receive separate copies of each Starter Kit.
   
   
4. Identify whether you would like the Migration Starter Kit(s) in MS Project or in PDF format.
    
   A  Microsoft Project 2002 60-Day Evaluation Kit can be obtained for $8.00 at http://www.microsoft.com/office/project/evaluation/trial.asp.
   
   
5. Migration Starter Kits are available either with tasks linked for resources (persons), or with tasks unlinked. Unless you specify otherwise, Migration Starter Kits will be shipped with tasks linked.
   
   
6. Are you running Workload Manager in goal mode, or do you need to convert it from compatibility mode to goal mode as part of this upgrade? Goal mode is required for z/OS V1.3 or higher
   
   
7. Do you want to restructure your system for ServerPac (use concatenated PARMLIB, System symbols, IBM recommended data set layout, etc.) as part of this upgrade? See Structuring Your System For ServerPac for more details.
   
   
8. Will you be migrating to a new CPU/server as part of this upgrade?
   
   
9. Will you be converting from ESA/390 Architecture (31-bit) to z/Architecture (64-bit) as part of this upgrade?
   
   
10. Specify either an email address or a U.S./International mail address where the order can be sent to. If you order via regular mail, and wish to pay by check, please enclose the check with your order.

Migration Starter Kits must be prepaid, and can be delivered electronically or via U.S./International mail. If you wish to receive the Migration Starter Kit(s) electronically, please provide an email address where the plans are to be sent to. If you wish to receive the Migration Starter Kit(s) via regular mail, they will be sent on a CDROM. A shipping charge of $7.50 should be added to regular mail orders.

PRICING INFORMATION:

For purposes of the information below, single organization usage is defined as an organization that will only use a Migration Starter Kit within that organization, although possibly at multiple geographic sites within that organization.

Multi-organization usage is defined as an organization that will use a Migration Starter Kit not just within their organization, but also with other organizations.
